Tournament favourites and defending champions the GB Slowpitch Team have announced their squad which they hope will it's seventh straight European Slowpitch Championship in Prague from July 7-10.
 

GB Head Coach Mark Saunders and his staff had previously announced the selection of six men and four women for the 18-player team, but were waiting to see some players perform in competition at Diamond Series 1 before finalising the rest of the squad.

In sending out the final selections to more than 40 players in the GB Main and Development Squads, Mark Saunders wrote: “With the improved performance levels players have achieved throughout the last year in particular, this has been by far the toughest selection process I have been involved in. The 18 players that have been selected will, I feel, provide the necessary levels of technical prowess, leadership qualities, camaraderie and talent to win these Championships for Great Britain for the seventh straight time.
